Deep Tissue helps improve circulation and provide muscle pain relief.

Myofascial Release Therapy // 60 MIN: 125

Fascia is the connective tissue that holds our muscles and organs in place and can become restricted from stress or an injury which can lead to muscle stiffness and decreased mobility in the joints. Myofascial Release focuses on targeting the fascia through sustained pressure and slow movement with little to no lubricant to encourage the tissue to release on its own. Due to the slow nature of myofascial release, each session focuses on only one to two areas of the body. Myofascial Release helps reduce stiffness and increase range of motion.
