Part 3: Myo Flow
Release tension and improve muscular and fascial health with self-massage, prop-assisted myofascial release, breathwork, and PNF techniques. These practices foster greater body awareness and ease physical restrictions.
Part 4: Tap Flow
Utilize acupressure mats, breathwork, reflexology, and EFT/TAP therapy to activate energy pathways and support emotional and physical healing. This final part integrates traditional Chinese acupressure techniques for deep relaxation and balance.
