Full-Time Psychotherapist Position

Five Point is a busy worker-owned cooperative that has been in business for over 9 years offering accessible, affordable holistic healthcare including psychotherapy, community & private acupuncture, bodywork, and herbal medicine. Our psychotherapy program is a budding group practice where therapists work in a collaborative, supportive environment with other holistic practitioners. We are seeking a full-time psychotherapist seeing 24 clients weekly.

Job Title: Psychotherapist

Critical Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Providing virtual and in-person therapy

  • Maintaining electronic health records and patient communication

  • Attending weekly group consultation sessions, individual consultation as needed, and monthly all-staff meetings 

Competencies and Qualifications:

Required

  • Relevant clinical experience of at least 2 years

  • Clinical Specialization in either a specific population or therapeutic modality

  • Evening and/or weekend availability

  • Professional communicator, caring, and passionate about serving people

  • Interest in facilitating groups and/or providing workshops

  • Ability to work with a diverse patient base and adapt to patient's needs

  • Interested in working in a multidisciplinary environment in collaboration with acupuncturists, bodyworkers, and other psychotherapists

  • Passionate about being a part of a cooperative business which requires collaboration, flexibility, and patience

Desired

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

  • Experience with couples and/or families

  • Current State of Illinois license such as PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT or LCPC

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Gross pay - $55-70k/year through a salary + commission structure
