Our warm and inviting clinic is conveniently located in Avondale, near Logan Square, Irving Park, Humboldt Park, Wicker Park, Bucktown, and Hermosa. We are accessible by all forms of transit including the Logan Square blue line stop, Milwaukee and Kimball busses, and interstate 90/94. Metered parking is available on Milwaukee, Wisner, and Wolfram St.
