individual therapy
Therapy helps you dive into self exploration and guides you in actively processing your emotions and experiences. By cultivating coping skills, self compassion and self awareness, therapy creates space to address deeper points of pain or resistance.
Stress, anxiety, depression and trauma can take many forms and uniquely impact the ways we move through life. By entering a safe space for free expression we open the doors to begin healing the wounds which keep us from growing.
Our therapy program blends traditional talk therapy with an array of somatic practices like guided breath work and meditation to address the combined effect of the mind and body on how you feel.
Pricing
We offer Tiered Pricing for out of pocket pay and are in network with BCBS PPO/Blue Choice, Cigna, Aetna PPO, and United Healthcare. We also accept some Medicaid & Medicare plans. Not every therapist is in network with all of the above providers, so please check with us for coverage details.
Our out of pocket tiered pricing for Individual Therapy is $115(Reduced)—$140(Standard)—$165(Supportive).
Couples, Family & Relationship Therapy
Couples and family therapy allows adults to explore their romantic, family and friend relationships in a safe and non-judgmental space. Families and relationships often have history and patterns to be explored. Transitions and changes in these relationships may create turmoil that is difficult to settle. Romantic relationships and friendships often go through waves of closeness and distance that may leave the relationship feeling fragile. All of these issues can be worked on in therapy and help you gain insight into what makes a relationship healthy and fulfilling for you.
Our therapists will help you learn skills you can apply to everyday situations, strategies for conflict resolution, and techniques to communicate effectively. Our therapists use different modalities including:
Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT): to help identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT): to address maladaptive behaviors and foster secure, supportive bonds through new emotional experiences.
The Gottman Method: deepens intimacy while fostering empathy and understanding.

group therapy
Group therapy is a way to create healing in community and in the presence of others. Through sharing stories, reflections and insights, we talk, listen and gain perspective, often realizing that, even if it sometimes feels like it, we are not alone.
In groups, what is shared is held confidentially. We build trust with each other and can learn the power of sharing our story. The guidance of a licensed therapist helps make groups flow, deepen and stay safe.
Groups take on many forms. Short-term groups focus on specific topics or specific populations. In these groups, we gather around a shared experience and learn more about ourselves in relation to this experience. Educational groups create opportunities to learn something new and understand more about being human. In long-term therapy groups we create meaningful relationships with others enabling us to delve more deeply into our stories and how they impact our lives.
See our Events page for current group offerings.
