Together, we’ll explore the emotional, physical, and behavioral sides of smoking while learning practical ways to begin your healing journey.
Through a combination of education, reflection, and hands-on practices, you’ll have the opportunity to reconnect with your body, discover healthier ways to manage stress and cravings, and move toward lasting change with compassion and care.

Understand how smoking affects your body and mind — Learn how nicotine impacts your system and what makes cravings and habits so persistent.
Identify your triggers and patterns — Notice what tends to lead to smoking and explore new ways to manage stress, emotions, and daily routines.
Reconnect with your body with compassion — Practice body awareness and mindfulness skills to stay grounded during cravings and learn to appreciate your body as an ally in your healing journey.

Lisaura Lozada-Goode is a licensed counselor and dance therapist specializing in building joyful, lasting connections. Through movement and mind-body awareness, she helps clients heal old wounds, release anxiety, feel peace in their bodies, and deepen their connection with the people they love.
Lisaura is the founder of Drawing Closer Counseling and Wellness, where she helps individuals navigate relationships, identity, and faith. Lisaura also offers Christian counseling and dance therapy. All services are offered online and in person, and are available in both English and Spanish. Lisaura's passion is helping people feel more at home in their bodies and relationships.
Lavita Collins, LCSW is a licensed psychotherapist with 17 years of clinical experience working with individuals, families, and couples sharing her knowledge on mental health and wellness. Using a holistic approach she aids clients in recognizing the connection between mind and body to improve the capacity to navigate the stressors and anxieties of daily living through mindfulness and somatic based practices.
Lavita is currently part of the Five Point Holistic Team where she offers psychotherapy service to individuals, families and couples focusing on trauma informed care, EFT and psychoanalysis. Additionally, Lavita has been certified in Smoking Cessation through the Respiratory Health Association and provides both group and individual services. She is both an educator and a healer and enjoys traveling alongside clients on their journey to optimal health.
