This class will teach everyone the basics of self hypnosis, how and why it can work. Self Hypnosis is a simple, useful practice that can be done in 5 minutes, it is very effective for reducing stress and improving your sense of general well being. Later it can be used to help with transforming mental, emotional and physical habits. Each student will leave the class with ideas for their own, unique languaging to connect to and a process for self hypnosis.

Nathan uses a mix of shiatsu, acupressure, and myofacial based therapies in his treatments. All of Nathan’s work is done over the clothing. When working with injuries and pain elimination the focus is on balancing the joints and muscles that are twisting out of alignment or double contracting. When working with emotional stress, trauma, anxiety, the focus is on creating space for the person to feel more comfortable in their body and connecting them into their midline.
