This yoga series is designed to support and empower women navigating the transitions of perimenopause and menopause through a holistic, mind-body approach. Each session blends education, gentle movement, intentional breath work, and mindfulness practices to help manage common symptoms such as hot flashes, mood fluctuations, sleep disturbances, and stress. Participants will learn how to use yoga as a practical tool for regulating the nervous system, improving hormonal balance, and cultivating resilience during this phase of life. Through accessible sequences, guided relaxation, and moments of reflection, students are encouraged to reconnect with their bodies, build self-awareness, and develop sustainable practices that extend beyond the mat.
