This 2 hour class will review ideas discussed in the 4 week series.  We will continue to work to build a better connection into the body and nervous system, joint rotation, lower body practices, upper body practices, and combining all principles.  Questions and requests are welcome in advance and during class.

Bodyworker, Licensed Massage Therapist, Five Point Member-Owner

Nathan uses a mix of shiatsu, acupressure, and myofacial based therapies in his treatments. All of Nathan’s work is done over the clothing. When working with injuries and pain elimination the focus is on balancing the joints and muscles that are twisting out of alignment or double contracting. When working with emotional stress, trauma, anxiety, the focus is on creating space for the person to feel more comfortable in their body and connecting them into their midline.
