Join Emma from A Crowded Table for an afternoon of guided mindful chopping and collective care by gently exploring our emotions and experiences through meal making and gathering. Emma will guide us through the process of chopping vegetables, mixing seasonings, and making and sampling a vegan stew. There will be opportunities for mindful reflection and discussion about making, feeling, and gathering. Participants will take home prepped stew ingredients to store, simmer, enjoy, and share!
