Five Point Holistic Health is hosting an open house and fundraiser in celebration of 12 years in business and to kick off our W.O.W. Grant building improvement project. Meet and greet with our practitioners, and learn more our future plans over music and libations.

The event is free to attend while providing various ways to engage with our services and support our fundraising efforts:

• Raffle featuring Five Point services and items and gift cards provided by local businesses 

• Rummage sale including furniture, books, household items, clothes, and more

• Apothecary sale featuring custom tea blends and room sprays

• Plant sale including house plants and seedlings

• Ear acupuncture

• And more!

Read more about our expansion project made possible by the City of Chicago’s Wealth Our Way grant. All funds raised will be used for expenses not covered by the grant, including furniture, decor, fixtures, and treatment supplies. We appreciate your support and hope to see you there!
